Symplast’s symflex® VP Series is a high-performance line of non-hygroscopic Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPVs). Unlike conventional TPVs, these materials do not absorb moisture, eliminating the need for pre-drying. Naturally very light in color and with an exceptionally low odor, they process easily and deliver outstanding aesthetics. Lightweight, flexible, and durable, our VP Series combines excellent elasticity, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability. Easy to color, it ensures reliable performance across diverse technical applications.

- Shore Hardness Range: Catering to a vast array of needs, the symflex® VP Series spans a wide hardness spectrum from a softer touch at 45 Shore A to a tougher, more rigid grade at 50 Shore D.
- Service Temperature: Demonstrating exceptional thermal stability, these TPVs operate efficiently over a broad temperature range from -40°C to 140°C.
- Special Properties: Symplast’s symflex® VP Series TPVs offer a unique balance of performance and sustainability. They require no drying—saving energy and reducing CO₂ emissions—while remaining fully recyclable.
