ENVIROMENTAL POLICY

In line with our goal of providing environmental awareness, senior management of Symplast Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has accepted and committed to make our development permanent, to prevent the environmental impact of our products, to prevent environmental pollution and to make continuous measurement-monitoring for this purpose, to document, implement, maintain, and keep our studies open to the public.

In this context, our company aims to set targets that will continuously improve our environmental management system, to review these targets at meetings, and to offer a healthy, safe and clean work environment to employees.

For this;

To carry out environmental studies in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, regulations and ISO 14001 standard, and applying them to their employees and subcontractors,
Carrying out environmental management system activities with a risk-based approach,
To meet the expectations of the relevant parties,
To make environmental assessments before deciding on new product projects and processes,
Reducing the use of harmful substances in production processes and conducting research on substances with less contaminants,

ÇEVRE POLİTİKASI

Symplast Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. Üst yönetimi, çevre duyarlılığı sağlama hedefimiz doğrultusunda, gelişimimizi sürekli kılmak için ürünlerimizin çevre etkisini, çevre kirliliğinin önlenmesini ve bu amaçla sürekli ölçme izleme yapılmasın, çalışmalarımızın belgelenmesini, uygulanmasını, idame ettirilmesini, kamuoyunun incelemesine açık tutulmasını kabul ve taahhüt etmiştir.

Bu kapsam içerisinde firmamız, çevre yönetim sistemimizi sürekli iyileştirecek hedefler belirlemeyi, bu hedefleri yapacağı toplantılarda gözden geçirmeyi, çalışanlara sağlıklı, güvenli ve temiz bir iş ortamı sunmayı amaçlamaktadır.

Buna yönelik olarak;

Çevre konusunda yapılan çalışmaları, ilgili kanun, yönetmelik, tüzük ve ISO 14001 standardına uygun olarak gerçekleştirecek, çalışanlarına ve alt yüklenicilerine uygulatmak,
Çevre yönetim sistemi faaliyetlerini risk temelli yaklaşım ile yürütmek,
İlgili tarafların beklentilerini karşılamak,
Yeni ürün proje ve proseslerin kararını vermeden önce çevre açısından değerlendirmelerde bulunmak,
Üretim süreçlerinde zararlı madde kullanımını azaltmak ve daha az kirletici özelliği bulunan maddelerin araştırması yapmak,
Atıkların azaltılması, tekrar kullanımı, geri dönüşümü ve geri kazanımı için çalışmalar yapmak,

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy, which we have adopted as Symplast Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş., is to ensure that necessary measures are taken against possible dangers in accordance with the occupational health and safety legislation with ISO 45001 standards of our employees, subcontractor employees, visitors and suppliers. Everyone is obliged to do whatever is necessary within their own jurisdiction in order to ensure a safe and healthy working environment in every field we operate. It has accepted and committed to keep it open to public scrutiny.

Accordingly;

To provide safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injury and health deterioration,
To carry out occupational health and safety management system activities with a risk-based approach,
To meet the expectations of the relevant parties,
To ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors, suppliers and visitors in the workplace, to take all kinds of precautions in accordance with the current OHS regulations and other conditions, to have tools and Personal Protective Equipment, to ensure that they are used when necessary,
To detect unsafe situations and movements, potential accident risks that may cause work accidents and occupational diseases in the workplace, by making an effective risk assessment, to eliminate dangers and to reduce the risks,
To educate our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and to ensure that they reach a good awareness of occupational health and safety,
Ensuring that subcontractors, suppliers and visitors in the workplace comply with our rules on occupational health and safety,
To follow technological developments about our activities and thus to continuously improve our occupational health and safety management system and to review our situation for this,
Ensuring consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives on OHS issues,
As our OHS policy, we are committed to ensuring the continuity of our OHS Management System established and implemented in this direction.

İŞ SAĞLIĞI VE GÜVENLİĞİ POLİTİKASI

Symplast Kimya San. ve Tic. A.Ş. olarak benimsemiş olduğumuz İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Politikamız, çalışanlarımızın, taşeron firma çalışanlarının, ziyaretçilerimizin ve tedarikçilerimizin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği mevzuatına ve ISO 45001 standartlarına uygun olarak olası tehlikelere karşı gerekli önlemlerin alınmasını sağlamaktır. Faaliyet gösterdiğimiz her alanda güvenli ve sağlıklı bir çalışma ortamını temin etmek üzere, herkes kendi yetki sınırları içinde gerekeni yapmakla yükümlüdür. Kamuoyunun incelemesine açık tutulmasını kabul ve taahhüt etmiştir.

İş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sistemi faaliyetlerini risk temelli yaklaşım ile yürütmeyi.
İlgili tarafların beklentilerini karşılamayı,
İşyerinde çalışanların, taşeronların, tedarikçilerin ve ziyaretçilerin sağlık ve güvenliklerini temin etmek için, yürürlükte bulunan İSG mevzuatlarına ve diğer şartlara uygun olarak her türlü tedbiri almayı, araç gereç ve Kişisel Koruyucu Ekipmanları bulundurmayı, gereğinde kullanılmasını sağlamayı,
İşyerinde iş kazası ve meslek hastalığı doğurabilecek emniyetsiz durum ve hareketleri, olası kaza risklerini, etkin bir risk değerlendirmesi yaparak önceden tespit etmeyi ve tehlikeleri ortadan kaldırmayı ve riskleri azaltmayı,
Çalışanlarımızı iş sağlığı ve güvenliği alanında eğitmeyi ve iyi bir iş sağlığı ve güvenliği bilincine erişmelerini sağlamayı,
İşyerinde bulunan taşeron, tedarikçi ve ziyaretçilerin de iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili kurallarımıza uymalarını sağlamayı,
Faaliyetlerimizin hakkında teknolojik gelişmeleri takip etmeyi ve bu sayede iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sistemimizi sürekli iyileştirmeyi ve bunun için durumumuzu gözden geçirmeyi,
Çalışanların ve çalışan temsilcilerinin İSG konularında danışma ve katılımı temin etmeyi,
Bu doğrultuda kurulmuş ve yürütülmekte olan İSG Yönetim Sistemimizin sürekliliğini sağlamayı, İSG politikamız olarak taahhüt ederiz.
